LOT Polish Airlines is to launch a new Warsaw–Hannover route from October.

The Polish carrier will fly six times a week to the German city.

Hannover becomes LOT’s sixth German destination.

The new connection will allow passengers to travel directly from Warsaw to Hannover and travellers will also be able to connect to Beijing and numerous European cities, including Budapest and Prague.

Marcin Piróg, CEO of LOT Polish Airlines, said: “Hannover is another destination on the European map which will soon be reached by LOT planes.

“At the same, this is the sixth city in Germany served by the Polish carrier.

“Germany is the key European market for us, from which we carry both direct traffic to Poland and transit traffic to Eastern Europe, and recently also to Asia.”

Flights to Hannover will daily, except for Saturdays.
